
The Human Resources department within Nylacast is not just a support function for the company it is a strategic partner for all activities that occur within the business, Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing, IT, R&D & Central Administration. Therefore HR is pivotal in driving efficiencies and effectiveness. Working closely with all employees and understanding their needs within the business and within their personal life is the key to our success. Our goal at Nylacast is to secure long-term futures for all our stakeholders and have continued growth. We cannot achieve any of this without the dedication, loyalty and hard work of everyone involved at Nylacast and this can only be done by developing resources within and by attracting the right candidates with the suitable skills. That is why our main aim within the HR Department is to be "a local employer of choice".
